At PPH, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
